Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Form2AutoCare. We are committed to delivering your auto detailing supplies and chemical products in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In cases of high order volume or delays (such as weather, supplier delays, or other events), shipping times may be extended. We will contact you via email if your order is significantly delayed.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times and rates vary based on:

  • Shipping method selected

  • Destination location

  • Package weight and size

Estimated Delivery Time (U.S. Orders):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: These are estimated times and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through major carriers such as:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on the destination and the nature of the product being shipped.


4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of some of our products (chemicals, flammable liquids, etc.), certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions under DOT (Department of Transportation) guidelines.

We currently only ship within the United States.
If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us before placing your order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s tracking system.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Form2AutoCare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or filing a claim.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at form2autocare.CEO@yahoo.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
